• Manage regional GBV prevention and response programs, overseeing the entire project cycle from planning and design to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Develop operational tools, standard operating procedures, and capacity-building programs to strengthen UNFPA and government capacities. Secure funding for multiyear projects.
• Led M&E efforts, including field visits and regular reporting, to ensure alignment with international standards and measurable impact.
